Our Technicians are required to sanitise their hands upon entering your home or business and also after the job is completed. During cleaning they will be wearing medical gloves and masks for both yours and our protection.
Practice Social Distancing in your home or business as appropriate.
If an employee begins to feel sick in any way, they are advised to notify us and are asked not to come in for their shift until we feel the situation is safe and there is no risk to our clients and the rest of the team.
All equipment used is disinfected before and disinfected after every job.
We are asking those who request an appointment for services to please let us know if they or someone in their household, business, etc., had been ill within the last few weeks.
Before cleaning, all carpet/upholstery/mattresses are vacuumed with hospital grade ‘HEPA Filter’ vacuum systems designed to capture dust mites, allergens and pollen. Recommended for people who suffer from allergies and respiratory conditions.

We have the ability to clean the most delicate and problem fabrics, where our products will remove grease and body oils that hold dirt in the fabric. We are licensed in general pest management for treatment of cockroaches, spiders, fleas, ants and vermin.

Tile & Grout
Our tile grout cleaning is second to none.
Tiles and grout are pre treated with a strong but safe degreasing agent. Tiles and grout are then scrubbed with heavy machinery to dissolve grease and dirt then rinsed clean with a high pressure grout and tile cleaning wand. Tiles and grout will dry sparkling clean.
All tile and grout cleaning must be tested prior to cleaning.
We do not clean Marble tiles.

End of Lease Cleaning
We provide a wide range of end of lease cleaning. All internal surfaces, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, toilets, bedrooms, garages, windows and tracks, blinds, light fixtures, ceilings and walls, ceiling fans, switches and power points.
We provide outdoor cleaning if needed high pressure washing and removing cobwebs,
All jobs will be inspected and quoted prior to cleaning.
All of our cleaning is satisfaction guaranteed During the COVID 19 crisis we will be offering a full sanitisation of the interior of properties occupied and unoccupied please call or email us for a free quote.

Water damage Restoration
Flood damage or burst pipes can cause major damage to furniture and all types of flooring including underlay and the subfloor.
In most cases the walls need to be inspected. Mould can be an issue if the problem is not handled by an experienced professional. Just removing the excess water is not enough to fix problems caused by bust pipes or flood.
In most cases specialised equipment must be used to prevent an environment for mould growth.
We have over 20 Years experience in water damage restoration providing a plan to restore items damaged from anything from floods to accidental spills in the home or office. All of our technicians are experienced with the process of insurance claims working with insurance companies.

All carpet types take a varying amount of time to dry depending on the thickness of the carpet, the temperature in the house and humidity in the house.
A majority of lounge fabrics will take between 2 to 4 hours to dry depending on the temperature and humidity in the house.
